Amity University Madhya Pradesh organized a Webinar titled SSB Super Tips for Joining Armed Forces
GWALIOR SANDESH: Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University Gwalior organized a webinar on “SSB Super Tips for Joining Army, Navy & Air Force after 10+2” delivered by Brig Rajesh Gangele (Retd), Director Hostels, Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Ex- President of 24 Services Selection Board (SSB), A qualified ‘Interviewing Officer’ from Defense Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) and Qualified Career Counselor on 02 Aug 2020 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The webinar was organized on Zoom platform with an objective to trained the students for Joining Army, Navy & Air Force through SSB selection board preparation. Approximately 3173 participants registered and actively attended the event. and actively attended.
Moderator Dr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Associate Professor (Applied Physics), initiated the session by extending formal welcome to Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Lt Gen VK Sharma, AVSM (Retd.), School Principals, all participants and speaker, followed by introduction of Speaker Brig Rajesh Gangele (Retd) to the participants. As career in the defense forces promises one of the most prestigious and respected positions in the country. The youngsters, who aspire to choose a career of excitement, adventure and challenges can find no better place than defense to meet all their professional expectations. Service Selection Board (SSB) is a gateway to join Army, Navy & the Air Force as an officer. The session was focused on the preparation of SSB selection board for the students after 10+2. Brig Rajesh Gangele (Retd) motivated students to prepare as per the requirements of the Army and other forces. He advised the student to change their attitude and to prepare like a commissioned officer. He also advised the student to join NCC in their institutions, as the NCC certificates are useful for SSB selection board.
The talk was followed by question answer session which was taken up by. Dr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Associate Professor Department of Physics moderator to the event. The event was supported by Panelists Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Lt Gen VK Sharma, AVSM (Retd.), Hon’ble Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr M.P. Kaushik, Maj Gen (Dr) SC Jain, VSM** (Retd) Director ASET and School Principals. Webinar was highly appreciated by all the participants.
